Katy Wood is a fellow Arts Magnet alum who just completed her first year studying photography at MICA. Katy's digital work is what originally caught my eye, documenting her close friends in bright color with smears of light. Her photography has a beautiful innocent, feminine and thoughtful quality that I don't seem to find in the work of many young photographers today. So when she sent along these haunting black and whites, it became apparent that her talent is extremely versatile. Katy, the second you get a site up you better let me know!
